- Surface cleaning
- Exterior sanitation services
Service availability may vary based on location, weather, and safety conditions.
2. Scheduling & Appointments
- Appointments may be scheduled through our website, phone, messaging, or third-party platforms such as Jobber.
- Service windows may vary based on route efficiency, weather, and municipal trash pickup times.
- We may reschedule services due to weather, equipment issues, or safety concerns.
- Customers must ensure bins are curbside and accessible on the scheduled service day.
3. Recurring Service Plans
- All recurring service plans include a 12-month minimum commitment.
- After fulfilling the 12-month term, customers may cancel their plan at any time with 48 hours' notice.
- Early cancellation may require payment of the remaining balance.
- Changing service frequency may affect pricing.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure:
- Bins are empty and free of hazardous waste
- Bins are accessible
- Gates are unlocked and pets are secured
- Accurate contact and billing information is provided
We may refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary beyond normal expectations.
5. Pricing & Payments
- Pricing is listed on our website or provided directly.
- Payments are processed securely through third-party platforms.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.
- Failed or declined payments may pause service.
- Taxes and fees may apply.
6. Cancellations, Refunds & Missed Services
- Same-day cancellations or inaccessible bins may incur a fee.
- Completed services are non-refundable due to the immediate nature of cleaning results.
- We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee and will re-clean at no charge if notified within 24 hours.
7. Weather & Safety
We may delay or reschedule services due to:
- Severe weather
- Lightning
- Flooding
- Extreme temperatures
- Unsafe road or property conditions
Safety is always our top priority.
8. Service Limitations
We do not clean or service:
- Bins containing hazardous materials
- Bins with excessive chemicals, oils, or biohazards
- Bins with live animals or infestations
- Damaged or structurally unsafe bins
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to bins or property.
9. SMS & Email Communications
If you opt in to receive SMS or email messages, we may send:
- Appointment confirmations
- Service reminders
- Schedule updates or reschedules
- Review requests
- Occasional promotions

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

12. Third-Party Platforms
We use third-party tools such as:
- Jobber (scheduling, invoicing, communication)
- Payment processors
- Website hosting and analytics providers
These platforms maintain their own terms and privacy policies.
13. Termination of Service
We may suspend or terminate service for:
- Repeated non-payment
- Unsafe or unsanitary conditions
- Abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behavior toward staff
- Violations of these Terms
Customers may request cancellation according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
